Yes the once the bash starts at 10pm so your family can go have fun while you race. I raced in the Inaugural and I'm racing again this year. I don't remember all of the rides that were open but I know for sure the following were available back in 2012. Start Tours, Tower of Terror, Rock N Rollercoaster. I think Great Movie ride, not sure about Toy Story. Also there are lots of villains out that you normally don't see.

Actually the more I think about I don't think Great Movie Ride or Toy Story was open because of the race route. Sorry can't remember all the details.
