View Full Version : Disney Parks Blog E-mail Subscription Issue

I have been subscribed to the Disney Parks Blog for years, receiving a daily e-mail of all posts during the prior 24-hour period. I suddenly stopped receiving these - the last one I received was on June 30. I looked on the Disney Parks Blog website to see if I can resubscribe, but the only subscription option appears to be for the RSS feed. I do not see an e-mail subscription option.

Is anyone else having this issue?

I've heard this from a bunch of people, so it most certainly isn't you. But, I don't know the cause ... did they stop sending regular emails?

I have submitted an inquiry to Disney Online support. I will post any response that I receive. I certainly hope they haven't discontinued these e-mails!

Same issue here too, with my last one being received on June 30th.

Sadly, the daily e-mail subscription has been discontinued. Below is my e-mail conversation with Disney Online support (the thread reads from the bottom up):
Hi Jason,

We appreciate your comments and will forward your feedback to the appropriate department.

Thanks for your response. That is very disappointing. I enjoyed receiving the newsletter. I am a participant on the Intercot boards and have heard from others who feel the same way. Why was it discontinued? Amy chance of it coming back?

I have been a Disney Parks Blog e-mail subscriber for years. My daily e-mail has always arrived without issue. About a week ago, however, my daily e-mail stopped arriving. I looked online to see if I can re-subscribe, but I only see a subscription for the RSS feed, not e-mail. How can I get my daily Disney Parks Blog e-mail subscription going again?

I would suggest that any who feels strongly about this can convey your thoughts to Disney Online support at [email protected]. I certainly enjoyed the convenience of receiving a daily e-mail that consolidated all of the prior day's blog posts in one location.

Thanks for the update! It would have been helpful if they had sent something out saying that it had been discontinued, or that they would only be using the RSS feed going forward, just so people were aware.

I signed up for the free D23 membership and can't get registered. :confused:
