Ohana chicken wings

Just back from an amazing 10 day trip to the world. Took my fiancee and her two children to a favorite of my son and me - Ohana - for our first-full-night there dinner. They loved it, as did we !
I think the chicken wings have changed quite a bit since I was last there. The ones we had this trip had an entirely different taste and the sauce had a very different texture. Has this recipe changed ??:confused:

I believe they are still the honey-coriander wings they have been for some time, but maybe they were having an off night with them, or you ended up with the Tambu Lounge or Kona wings by some mistake. Each place serves a different version of the wings, though a swap is unlikely.
