FP+: Meeting up with AP holders...

So, some friends of ours are AP holders living in Vero Beach...they wanna meet up with us when we go down in September.

How can we all make FP+ "reservations" for some of the same rides with the same FP window times? Do we just need to try and coordinate with them and tell them to make their FP+ ressies at the same time we do, or, how does this work (trying to get the same FP+ windows when meeting people in the parks)?

You can send them a friend request which allows all of you the make plans for each other on a specific trip. I have used it and it doesn't always work as expected but it might work better now.

You can also plan yours in advance and tell them and let them get as close as they can and adjust as necessary. As pass holders they can book 30 days out but as someone staying on property you can book 60 days out. If you pick something very popular at 60 days there is a chance they may not be able to get it at 30.
