How early in the day do FPs start

Can you book an FP for 9am if that is park opening or do they start later? I know they used to often start around 9:40am for the first FP return time. Has that changed?

I have one in Epcot for 910 - just to get it over with, so when we park hop, we can get the 4th FP.

9:05am to 10:05 am is usually the first window of FastPass times. :)

What about on scheduled early-morning EMH?

Used to be that FP was not available for use during EMH, early or late. Don't know for sure if that has changed but I suspect it has not.
