If our plane lands at 9 30. Will we get our luggage that night or the next day?

If you mean 9:30 pm, you may have to pick up your luggage before going to Magical Express. I'd call to make sure. If the flight is delayed a few hours, you will have to get your luggage at the carousel.

I think the cut off for them to get your luggage from baggage claim is 10pm. Any delays and you may HAVE TO retrieve your own bags, as the PP said.

Aside from that, you may want to grab them anyway. Getting in so late, I imagine you will want to get into your room and settled and rest up for your first full day at WDW. Timing does vary, but your bags might arrive at your room several hours after you do. I know I would rather get them myself, and have everything I might need, AND not get a middle of the night knock at the door from bell services

Oh, and remember that if you choose to manage your own bags, do NOT use the special ME tags sent to you with your travel materials. Disney personnel will grab all bags bearing that special tag for sorting and delivery.
