Is there anywhere to watch the Electric Water Pageant when exiting the Magic Kingdom or do you have to go to the Contemporary? I kind of just wanted to see it on our way out of the park.

It does stop at the Magic Kingdom though I'm not sure where to stand for the best view.

I would think if you went down by where the boat launches are for the resorts that you should be able to see if from there. I know we've had to wait for it when departing from MK going to the WL on the boat launch.

Seems like the only time I've seen it was on the bus back to the resort or on the monorail over to Epcot from the MK. My kids thought it looked cool. The music is pretty annoying, though.

Thank you! For some reason we have never seen it so I would like to try this time.

It seldom plays the music for its MK performance.

The music can cause distraction and confusion at the boat and bus boarding areas of MK, so when they run the show in that area, it is usually in "silent mode."

You can see it from the dock. We have watched it up close from the boats that shuttle between MK and Grand Fl. or Poly. Up close!

EWP circles Seven Seas Lagoon and Bay Lake.

Starts at Grand Floridian around 9:00pm; then to the Polynesian; crosses the water bridge and heads to Wilderness Lodge and Ft. Wilderness; turns around and passes the Contemporary; then in front of the MK right around 10:00pm.

Not quite. Starts at Poly 9:00, the GF 9:15, then WL 9:35, then Fort Wlderness 9:45, Contemporary 10:06, and if they stop at MK 10:15. All times approximate but that's the order.

So, do they float *past* the Grand Floridian dark first....get to the Poly, light up/audio, turn around and go *back* past the GF, then cut across Seven Seas Lagoon to the water bridge...?

I always understood it to be the route that I originally described...
