Magic bands from other trips- need to purchase new one

If you aren't staying at a Disney resort- can you use an old magic band from a past trip to link up park passes and get your FP+ set up or do you have to purchase new bands? In December we may be staying offsite. We will be getting a new set of tickets since we have no days to carry over from our last trip.

Yup! You can reuse your Magic Bands. As you have already said, just link your new tickets to them and you are good to go!
