Can you upload a Disney Digital Copy of a movie without an app? I am having the worst time with my account. I can't sign in because I live overseas. I am super annoyed since I spent extra for the DVD, Blu Ray, Digital combo pack. It took me about ten tries before they "liked" my password and then I could not log on because of my "region". I just want to get the movie on my iPad. I am getting so annoyed at Disney for all their **** "upgrades"

DRM (Digital Rights Management) only succeeds in inconveniencing legitimate customers. Unfortunately, you need to jump through whatever hoops Disney decided to set up.

To answer your first question, technically yes (probably for months before official release) but that's a different discussion on a very different Internet forum.
