Whispering Canyon Questions

I was watching a video of a family's Disney vacation on YouTube and they had a dinner at Whispering Canyon. The Lodge was beautiful, but they had to wait a long while to be seated even though they had ADR's, it took them an hour to get their food and the noise level seemed almost deafening. Is this typical?

We eat at Whispering Canyon quit often. I've never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes after the time of my ADR. The noise level can get high, I wouldn't say deafening I wouold say fun, enthusiastic! It's a great place to eat as a family and while you are there don't forget to ask for ketchup! :funny:

We have never had to wait longer than 10 to 15 mins with ADRs. :mickey:

Same here....we have never waited more than 15 minutes with ADR's. It can be loud, but it's fun:blush:

Went once, and my party of 3 were seated right away. Hope that helps!

Been there 3 times, a table for 2 once, and a table for 4 twice, and never had to wait more than 5 minutes. It can get loud and if that's nut your cup of tea, there is an area you can sit at outside of the main dining room.

Have to say that my DW isn't always up for the interaction at some of the restaurants, but even with her seriousness, she interacted with the waitstaff and WCC actually became one of her favorite places to eat.:number1:

I"ve been there about 4 times, breakfast once and never waited much at all. I didn't time it, but it was no more than 10 minutes. It's a fun place to eat !!:thumbsup:
