Free Dining at DL

I never go to DisneyLand so I am not familiar with the dining there. When Disney offers a free dining offer - is DisneyLand included?

Disneyland doesn't have a dining plan the way WDW does. There is never free dining there. The dining plan is worthless there, too.

No. Disneyland uses a voucher based dining plan. It is absolutely worthless and can end up making you lose money. Pretend it doesn't exist.
