Fastpass + for Wishes

Anybody have details on the fastpass viewing area for Wishes and how I go about getting them?

The Wishes reserved section is down in the MK "Rose Garden" area (far right section of the Hub, as you face the Castle.) It is quite "off-center" of the fireworks show,
but the show is still enjoyable from that angle.

The FP+ choices for evening spectaculars do not appear until sometime between 2 and 15 days before the event in question.

just keep checking
and rechecking
and rechecking
and rechecking...

I cant see how this would be a good use of a fastpass when you are only limited to 3, you can get a good view of wishes from a lot of places
