Are there any places that offer discounts when you first purchase an annual pass? Like AAA, etc...

Only discounts I know of are:

DVC
Florida Resident
Military
Cast Member

There might be one other... There aren't any "public" type discounts I'm aware of.

AAA is actually operated regionally. Not all branches offer the same kind of tickets.

There is a branch of AAA (the Auto Club) called "AAA South" that serves
Florida, Georgia, Middle & West Tennessee, and Puerto Rico.

If you go to their offices, they have WDW AP's (Florida Resident, and NON-Florida Resident) at a discount.
