Driving time from AK to HS?

How long does it take to get from AK to HS? We have Fantasmic Dining Package reservations at 6:20 on a Friday. How much time should we allow for leaving AK, getting out of parking lot, driving to HS, parking and then getting to restaurant by reservation time?

I would recommend start leaving AK at least 1 hour ahead of time. This should give you plenty of time for slow trams, taking a wrong turn, etc. You may want to consider taking the bus though. This would eliminate slow trams/finding parking.

That said, Animal Kingdom is (generally) only open until 5:00pm anyways, so leaving AK at 5:00 will get you to Studios fairly early. It's only about a ten-minute drive from parking lot to parking lot. It's also gonna depend on what restaurant you're eating at; that will take you anywheres from about five minutes to fifteen minutes just from going through the turnstile at Studios.
