Grand Floridian

Hello,

I have booked a reservation for a garden view room at the Grand Floridian for June. We decided to sell our DVC membership and just do cash only reservations from now on, so it has been some time since I have stayed at a regular Disney resort room. What are your opinions on the room we booked at the Grand Floridian? We debated between this one and many others. Thank you!

It's my favorite resort, and there aren't really any bad views. I love the Courtyard Pool, though of course the other one is zero entry and there's the new water play area for little ones. I love taking the monorail to the MK and taking the boat back. I love the 24 hour quick service place, plus Mizner's Lounge and just enjoying the lobby and shops. Great restaurants. It's not really large or spread out, and every building has advantages and few if any drawbacks. I hope you love it.
