Rethinking Fast Pass Choices--Best Use?

With current attendance (next week), what wouild you consider to be the best use of Fastpass choices?....Skip the rollercoasters. :mickey: Magic Kingdom and Epcot only.

We decided to go to AK today and at 1.0pm I went online and booked Safari and got it for 3.00pm. Online booking has worked for us for the last 3 weeks and I have not done any booking more than 3 days in advance. I able to get all the rides that I wanted and it gave me several choices of times.
Many included rides like Safari, Soaring and Peter Pan which I haven't been on for many visits.
