Big thunder mountain rr-closed?

Solo we are fixing to head out...MDE is showing this ride is closed? Does it open later than the other rides or is it closed for the day? I have a FP+ scheduled for it later in the day and don't know if I should change it now.

Splash Mountain is down for its annual rehab (even Brer Rabbit needs a vacation!), I didn't think Big Thunder Mountain was.

Intercot ride closure page doesn't mention Big Thunder so am fairly sure nothing is planned. Maybe it is a temporary glitch and they are trying to fix it. If you ask when you are there and it is down maybe they could swap it then and there.

That probably means there's a mechanical issue. There is no scheduled closing so keep checking throughout the day and hopefully it'll reopen.
