View Full Version : Cancelling Dining Reservations - Issues

Is anyone else having this problem, or know of a work around?

When I try to cancel my dining reservations, I get an error message stating that this reservation is not eligible for online cancellations. I have tried it on a few reservations, and get the same message whether I use the website, or I use the iPad app.

I cancelled a reservation using the website this morning without any problems.

Are you outside the 24 hour window for cancelling without a fee?

No, I don't really want to take the time to be on hold for 15 minutes and pay for the call. It seems like you should be able to cancel online, particularly when there is a button that says cancel. :confused:

I haven't had that issue, but is it a pre-paid dining experience (like CRT?)

You might have to call ... I'm sorry for the cost! (It is US long distance for me so it can add up a bit!)

Since you have time, you can use email to inquire. I have used email from within a disney web and it takes a few days for a response.

I had that issue in September with a reservation I had previously booked online. I ended up having to call to cancel.
