It's that time of year again. These are the ones I've been able to come up with so far. Looks like AKV, BLT & VCG are taking the biggest hit.

AKV is 5.9748 increase of 5.28%
Aulani (Subsidized) is $4.8380 increase of 1.39%
Aulani (non-Subsidized) is $6.4378 increase of 2.95%
BCV is 5.7904 increase of 2.56%
BLT is 4.7846 increase of 6.39%
BWV is 6.0067 increase of 2.84%
HHI is $6.2837 increase of 4.36%
OKW is 5.5411 increase of 3.67%
SSR is 4.9148 increase of 2.12%
VB $7.7531 increase of 4.66%
VGC is $4.9366 increase of 7.89%
VGF is $5.4140 increase of 0.00%
VWL is 5.9265 increase of 2.30%

is it really a possiblity that by the end of these contracts (giving a 2% rate) the MF's will be in the upper $10's per point?

even more increases in the next 20 years could kick it up even higher... Is there a break point or cap on the fees.

for instance if BLT kept raising by 5% each year by 2060 MF's would be $41 a point or $6,500 a year!

Dues for those expiring in 2042 will most probably be in the $15 - $20, but 30 years from now the value of that money will be less. As far as I know there is no cap on the fees and they will rise in line with their components. Smaller resorts will have higher dues because there are less owners to share the increases.

I don't think BLT will keep rising at the same rate. I think last year's increase was because they were originally underestimated (similar to Aulani) and a big part of this year's had to do with the addition of the front desk and staff (which IMO isn't totally necessary).

alrighty that makes sense then.

I am looking at re-buying my divorce lost DVC via resale next year sometime :) this time i am going with BWV's bc thats where we loved when we stayed for honeymoon!
