Osborne lights Jan 5 and crowds

I am planning a trip down to the mouse for January 2014 - arriving Jan 5 and leaving Jan 9.

It looks like Jan 5th is the last day for the Osborne lights - assuming I can get to the studios around 5 pm are they worth an extra days ticket?

Is the quick dining plan worth the money? My son and I are definitely the 'grab a quick meal and get back on line' kind of travelers, so I know the regular dining won't do us much good. At an extra cost of around $130 for two people for 4 days it seems like a good deal to me.

If you are doing a package, it is well worth adding a day. It doesn't really add a lot on to your package when you just add another day in the parks.
