Dining Penalty

Question. The fact that they are adding a $10 per person penalty for not cancelling a dining reservation does not bother me. However, are they going to use a common sense approach to this? Fox example we have dining reservations for the day we arrive. I have left plenty of time to get to the restuarant, however, if the flight is delayed, heaven forbid, will they take that in to consideration. Unfortunately, this has happened in the past, and we did show up an hour late, but the restuarant understood and still seated us.

From what I understand it's up to each individual manager, at each place .... at least that is what we were told by a CM. Late is one thing but a total no-show without a call to explain would certainly be grounds for the charge.:thumbsup:

Personally, I would never just not show up someplace, but I certainly hope if someone missed for a legitimate excuse and called, even if it was less than 24 hours, I hope they would use common sense..
