Pop to AKL For Breakfast Reservation

I made a reservation at Boma for 9am on our March/April trip. What is the best way to get from Pop Century to AKL for that reservation??

Probably a bus to Animal Kingdom Park and then get on a bus to the resort...allow at least an hour travel

I think a cab would be your best choice. You could ride a bus to a park and then catch another bus to AKL, but that would take forever.

Do you have to let the resort know early that you would like a cab?? How much do you think it would cost??

No, there's almost always cabs at the resort waiting for guests. As for cost - I'm not 100% sure, but it would be less than $20 to get to AKL. I would guess more like $10-15.

4.7 miles on MapQuest.
if I recall its about $2.50 a mile. Plus a dollar or so for the first mile surcharge.

If you do this, you may want to ask a Cast Member at the bus stop for a bus to go to AKL.

we took a cab from CBR (which is right next to Pop) to Boma last month. We just called the cab company directly (a CM gave us the number at guest relations) and they picked us right up near our room. It took about 10-15 minutes and it cost us I think $13 (plus we tipped on top of that).

I think a cab is well worth it not to deal w/ the hassle of transferring busses.

We always call Mears cab when we have breakfast reservations at Chef Mickey's. it's the most efficient way and it's not that expensive. If I were you, I'd do the same for Boma.
