Shopping discount on receipt

Can anyone tell me if they are still giving out receipts I believe it was at the Electric Umbrella at Epcot that has a discount on it for the World of Disney Store at downtown Disney? Thanks!!

I believe that was only in July & August. It was to get people to do their shopping early and ease the crowds.

I know they did it last December when I was there. You had to shop before 1pm if I remember correctly. Hopefully they'll do it again in November!
