Tried 3 days in a row to bank this yrs points, but nothing happens. Am I doing it wrong??

I'm assuming you are within you banking time, what sort of response are you getting?

Pete call them... I tried for several weeks, and the system wouldn't allow me... I told the rep the website won't let me bank the points..

Disney's websites were never 100% and apparently NextGen won't change that... And this whole My Disney Mess, I mean Experience, is based on and works in conjunction with their systems... I smell plenty of trouble ahead... major issues and enough to annoy many people to give up...

I just tried too. I'm within 16 days of having to get this done and the error message I get is that it can't verify my email address. So I tried going into my profile, and reverifying my email, getting the email message back that it is verified. Then I tried banking again, no luck. Guess I'll call to bank.

I gave up.
Yesterday, I baked my points by phone. I checked DVC site and it showed all of my points banked.
Now I have to sit down with DW to figure out dates for next September.

Banked our points tonight online with no problem. :confused:
