Morning Opening at MK

Dear Friends,

It occured to me that, since the Railroad is going to be rehab-ed in October (during my upcoming trip) that they wouldn't be able to do the traditional "Opening of the Magic Kingdom" in the morning.

I found out that the "Opening" wasn't on the schedule for most of October at all. Can anyone else confirm this? It's a bit of a let down, as I find the "Opening" rather magical. :confused:

They have contingency plans to do several different versions of the MK opening - Including without the train running :thumbsup:

Think about it: on a "normal" day, with the Opening show, the train is having "technical difficulties" - or, better yet, inclement weather (or an "unscheduled" early opening, or, half the show Cast calls out sick, etc.), they'd *have* to have another show version already in place - just in case. :)
