Main Street sidewalk construction?

Can someone update us on the Main Street sidewalk project. Does it extend beyond the Emporium, what does it include and is it complete?

Right now the area just in front of the Emporium is complete. They've put up a new wall a little further out. They'll slowly work their way up, but the inside portion of the sidewalk (closest to the Emporium) is done and the outside portion is where they're focused now.

The little wall was gone yesterday. There was no sign of anything being done outside of the new viewing area. One would think they would want to get done before the holidays roll in.
