Making ADR question.

Hello everyone,

It's been 4 years since I was at WDW. I just did a "mock" call for ADRs (since I will be up early on the first day that I can call), and it seems its now automated? Before, we would hear a recorded message and then a live person would come on the line. Now, twice, I got a computer asking me where I wanted to make the reservations for. So, my question is, we no longer get to talk to a "live" person?

You can eventually get to a live person or you can do it online.

If you say modify a reservation or mess up when they are trying to find you ... you get to a person really quickly lol

Just say "Speak to a Representative" and you get a live person :thumbsup:

I had good luck using the online system last week. It opens an hour earlier than the phones at 6am.
