DVC members can now buy DVC resort merchandise online through the Disney Store website... However, the merchandise is listed as SPECIAL EVENT and runs from August 19 to September 19...

I'm disappointed that not all DVC resorts are represented. I wanted an HHI mug, but only mugs for Vero and Saratoga are available. Maybe this is a test to see how popular DVC items would be.
