adr on disney.com

Anyone else have trouble making adr on disney's website? It takes forever for it to do anything.....:confused:

Always!! The last several times I've tried to do something on the website, it has just crashed on me. Before it gets to that point, it is incredibly slooooooooow. I just call if I need to make an ADR!!

The worst website ever. You can never do anything. I normally get fed up and just call. I find the app sometimes works a little better. But you still have to log on with everything you do. Like who would be hijacking my computer in the 25 seconds it takes me to make one ADR to the next. I made the last one chances are I'm making this one too. :confused:

I have done ours all online and never had a problem. Even got most of the times I wanted:mickey:

I think it depends on the time of day. I never had problems but we are six hours ahead of the east coast. I take care of it when I get up in the morning when everyone in the USA is fast asleep.
