I have seen the list of times where this visits each of the MK area resorts, but where are good viewing areas? Obvious for the Poly would be the beach, but other than that? Any insight?

If you are by bay lake, you will see it. Poly is good but i also like to watch it from the area in front of the magic kingdom.

We watch it from the beach at Fort Wilderness
camp ground. :thumbsup::thumbsup:

From the GF, on the grass in front of Boca Chica, or at the boat dock. From the Contemporary, from the marina on Bay Lake side. From the MK, where it isn't listed but frequently appears, right in front at the boat docks/ferry launch.

Also at the Contemporary, I love watching from California Grill as it makes its way around Seven Seas Lagoon and then from the further back observation deck especially when it comes on right after fireworks end.

We've watched it from the beach at Wilderness Lodge ... it was just us, so super fun!

We've watched it from the Poly and the Wilderness Lodge. Both were awesome!

We were in a resort boat that had to stop to let it pass...wonderful, and totally unplanned.
