Do you eat in the dining rooms or is it cash and carry and find you own place to eat outside?

You eat in the dining rooms.

You go through the line and order. Then they give you a rose when you pay. You go pick a table in any of the three dining rooms and your food will be brought to you (they find you because of the rose).

It's really good!

We found the food to be very good....large portions. We ate in the West Wing. Very cool atmosphere. There is something special that happens when a rose petal drops during the thunderstorm.

How long did you have to wait in line before sitting down?

The line to get in and place your order can be long - no doubt. We waited in live for around 45 minutes to order and get our 'rose'. Once we selected a table and got our drinks, our food was there very quickly.

I think it was worth the wait. Food was good and the place is amazing to see!

I'd say we were approx. half hour from time in line to sitting down. We were there in mid-May, got in line probably about quarter 'till eleven. Like ginny57, our food was there very, very quickly.

Dinner is a TS.

We're looking forward to trying it out for lunch for our upcoming trip the end of September!

Just got back and lunch at BOG was very good. Food was delicious and good size portions. We ate in the room with beast and belle dancing not sure what it is called. Our food arrived quickly onced ordered. It was worth the wait!

BOG was the best CS all week !! My DD is a CM and she received an email asking if she wanted to make a lunch resservation there....heck yeah !! Prior to this we were also mailed the new Magic Bands prior to leaving home, as a trial group ?!! We made the reservation for days later, down to the menu selection. The day arrived and we walked up and there were 100's of people waiting in line, hot, tired, been there it looked like hours....they were handing out umbrella's and giveing out water it was so bad. Anyway, we walked up to the CM at the Kiosk, gave our name, we were escorted past all those people who probably wanted to spear us with the umbrellas, told to take whatever seat we wanted and they would bring our food to us. We had the new magic bands on and they knew exactly where we were seated !! What a great experience !!! :mickey:

I also have magic bands and seemed to have made an FP+ for lunch on 9/8. I said seemed because i can find no conformation 3 or anything. When I go back to the special site where you make the BOG FP+ our meal shows up, but I can find no other confirmation of this. Any advice??

........saw the line outside BOG this afternoon ....and decided I was way to hungry ...and it was way too hot .....to wait an hour on line to eat CS fare.

I'm not sure. Maybe you could call them directly and see if you're in the system on thier end. I know when we arrive she went to the CM at the kiosk and gave her name and we were let directly in. We did encounter a few glitches with our bands during the week, but overall they were great !!

Is it worth the wait to stand in line with 2- 3.5 yo & a 40 yo?? We had dinner in Feb there and I really want to go back. Not luck with an ADR. Trying to plan and would plan the wait time in. Let me know.:mickey:
