Mine ride opening?

I'm not sure what the correct name is but does anyone know when the mine ride opens in Fantasyland? Also, is that the last thing that needs to open before all of the new Fantasyland is complete?

There is no official date all they are saying is 2014 and according to the expansion schedule the mine car is the final piece to new Fantasyland

I would imagine they would have it ready for the summer season. i mean with what the other parks are doing , it would be in their best interest to have it done

Just saw on another site that WDI is trying to have it completed by Thanksgiving for a soft opening with the grand opening in early 2014. :coaster:

That would be cool! We're trying to figure out if we want to do a May or Sept. trip next year. I was hoping if we end up going in May we wouldn't miss out on the new ride.

I am going to be there the week after Thanksgiving (12/4 - 12/11).....This would be a definite plus to my visit.

:yay: Oh that would be awesome to have some soft openings in November! My son wants to MK for his birthday and what a great gift that would be! Especially since he watches the prototype on YouTube and talks about it all the time
