Refillable Mugs At All Star Sports

With the food court at All Star Sports closed, are you able to get your refillable mug, and are you able to refill it on the resort, or do you have to go to All Star Music to have it refilled?

From what I've been reading they will have a refill station in the Arcade which is being used as a grab and go location during the rehab.
