Taking longer to release park hours?

Just wondering why Disney is taking longer to release park hours and special events. Our 180 day window is tomorrow but I don't have a times schedule for the last 4 days of our trip (Feb 2014).

I've ALWAYS used that info to book around our dining. This is the first trip that I cannot. :confused:

They aren't really. They typically put them out six months in advance so February's ought to show up in a few days, around Aug 1.
