Breakfast and lunch buffet

If I have an 11h am ADR at a buffet restaurant, will I get access to the breakfast buffet until 11:20 and then access to the lunch buffet? Will I pay for breakfast or for lunch?

If you are seated during breakfast, that is what you will pay for. I know Tusker House and Crystal Palace serve breakfast until 10:30AM and I think Cape May serves until 11AM. You may want to confirm the time depending on where you're going.

If you are there during the switchover you may be able to taste some of the lunch items.

according to Disney's website, Hollywood and Vine serves breakfast until 11:20 and lunch is served at 11:40. Our ADR is at 11:00.
