Summer Crowds

Our kids get out of school right around May 31 and we are hoping to get out to DL almost as soon as the bell rings.
When (generally speaking) do California schools get out? I know that in certain areas of the country it's as late as mid June.
If we go the first week of June, can we still hope to avoid Summer-Type crowds?

The Los Angeles (LAUSD) is now getting out mid to near end of May, just depends on the particular school. They start school in the middle of August now. Don't know about the Orange County schools.

I'm fairly certain Orange County schools are mostly still observing the start-after-Labor-Day-end-mid-June calendar. We were in the parks from June 6th through June 12th this year and with the exception of Grad Nights (and even those weren't bad) the crowds were very manageable.
