Christmas at Disney

How soon after Halloween to the Christmas decorations start popping up at Disney? We're headed down for a wedding on the second weekend in November (11/9) with my MIL who has never been to WDW. She's not a big Disney fan (not that she dislikes it, just never really in to it), but she is a big Christmas fan. So we thought it would be fun for her since Disney puts so much in to their holiday decorations. Does anyone know when they start to appear?

I LOVE Christmas too!
We were down last year for the week of nov 4-9 and we started seeing xmas decorations at HS on thursday 11/8. there was a tree up and decorated right outside!

Decorations start going up Nov 1. By the second weekend in November Magic Kingdom will be mostly decorated as that's the week they start the MVMCP. Other parks and resorts might not be quite as decorated just yet, but they'll be getting there.

o yea, forgot MK was decorated too, how could i? i have a picture of the square from the train, duh, lol :oops:
