I found this on another web site and thought I would share.

Have you have ever been to Disney World and had a Dole Whip?
Now you can make your own at home!
DOLE WHIP
2 cans (20 oz. each) DOLE crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. lime juice
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

How to make it
Drain pineapple: reserve 2 tbsp. juice.
Set aside.
Place pineapple, lemon juice, lime juice, sugar and reserved pineapple juice in blender.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Pour into two 1-quart freezer zipped bags.
Store bags flat in freezer.
Freeze 1 1/2 hours or until slushy.
Stir pineapple slush gently into whipped cream until slightly blended in large bowl. Return to freezer until completely frozen, about 1 hour and serve.

Enjoy...:mickey:

Or you could look at the Recipe Section in Info Central... (http://intercot.com/infocentral/dining/recipes/dolewhip.asp)

I've tried the recipes and they do come close, but when we're really having a bad Dole Whip craving there's nothing like the real thing. It's nice you can buy the actual mix online, too.

I made this this weekend, it was ok. Not nearly as smooth or creamy as the real thing.

Melanie's right...go to Orange Leaf. She directed me there last week and it was amazing!!!
