I have read about the new ticket system. Has anyone gotten their new Annual pass? Do you have to take them out of ticket holders?

Our new AP's worked without taking them out of the ticket holder if you're talking about those plastic ones that hang from the end of a lanyard.

Basically, depends on which touch-point entry and what type of "holder" they are in. Some entries seem to not be as "strong" a reader as others. Not sure why but I've noticed it several times I've worked different ones. Same with biometrics, some seem to read a bit better than others. Shouldn't be a difference but sure seems that way when you watch 150+ people an hour go through you get a feel for some things.
