Pay before ADRs?

We are planning to use the DDP. Do we need to pay for the package before making ADRs? Especially if we plan to do the Fantasmic package?

I don't think we do but I want to make sure before I wait too long.

No. You can make ADRs at any time (as long as you're within the 180 day window). You don't have to have paid for anything. You don't even have to be staying on Disney property or have a Disney resort reservation.

Just a FYI, some places ask for your credit card number after you make a reservation. They do not charge you unless you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours of your dinner. I believe it is a $10 charge. I know I was surprised last year when I made my reservations.

Some of the dinner shows (ie: HDDR) require payment in full at time of booking.
