Netflix original series

I have been watching one of the netflix original series Hemlock Grove. Does anyone know how it works with netflix and how long between seasons? Wonder if it will be like TV series with months between seasons? Hard to know since they release all the episodes at once.

It really depends on how well it does. House of cards which came out in February is getting ready to go into production on a second season. They are also getting ready to release the new Arrested Development episodes next month. I would give it at least 6 months if not longer.

I watched Hemlock Grove and part of me almost feels like it doesn't need a second season. Dont get me wrong because I loved the show and got really invested in Letha and Peter but they pretty much wrapped it up except for a few things like with Roman and the hospital stuff.
