Park Hopping and Parking

If I start my day at AK and pay to park there will I have to pay to park at EPCOT if I park hop later that day?

Nope, just keep your receipt from AK and show it at Epcot. I'm presuming you are staying offsite because theme park parking is free for Disney resort guests.

If you're staying at a Disney resort, you won't need to pay to park at the parks at all. You'll receive a pass for your vehicle when you check-in - that's all you need to park at any of the parks.

You might want to also think about what park you are going to end the day at, and park there and take transportation to the other park and back again. That way you can get dropped off right at the front of the parks at the bus stops.
