Sanaa-super busy?

We are staying at AKV the last week of July. I am trying really hard not to over-book us. USUALLY I HAVE RESERVATIONS AND PLANS FOR US EVERY DAY! I am trying hard not to do that this time! If we had a couple of nights that we just wanted to eat at our hotel, does anyone know if I should book Sanaa in advance?? Thx

The times we have eaten at Sanaa we have not had reservations. The last time, we got there around 8pm, and had to wait about 20 minutes in the bar area, but we've never had to wait long. It probably also depends alot on whether or not free dining is going on. If so, I would go ahead and make reservations.

Last time we also checked at Jiko (again, no reservations) and they were able to take walk-ups. Boma gets alot more crowded.

We had dinner at Sanaa around 7pm in Feb. It was not packed at all, and I'm sure I saw several empty tables. I think you should be able to get something there during your trip.
