Is the Dumbo area and the Beast area going to connect when the mine ride is completed?

Yes, it is supposed to, which will be very nice to get those crowds spread out.

The path was open during a crowded day when I was there last. I was able to walk from Dumbo to Little Mermaid. I noticed there are large gates that aren't always open during construction.

Great news! Another path will really help with traffic flow back there. The construction walls have made it a bit harder to navigate!

The Fantasyland station? If so, it's been open for a while now. It's very nice, and has great bathrooms! :D

That's awesome that it is open!

It is not always open at this time. It tends to close after Wishes so that the construction equipment for the Mine Trains can get into the site.
