Boardwalk to Go Cart

We are set to stay at YC this April and looking to try the Boardwalk to Go cart. Does anyone know the hours that it is open? Also I believe it does not accept the DDP which is fine since we are not using that this go around but does anyone know if you can charge the bill to your room using your KTTW card?(assuming you have a card on file). I have been looking at pictures and there seems to be seating around there..yes?

You cannot charge to your room. The cart is operated by a third party company. Hours vary but are typically 11am to 11pm.

There is plenty of seating in the area.

I read the title and thought there was a new Go Cart track at the boardwalk. Lol

Sorry I guess that title is confusing..Chalk it up to Disney Dilirium..I am so tired of winter and ready to go to WDW I am not thinking clearly.
