I'm going down with my 2 and 4 year old Feb. 20th. Will it be open yet?

It should be. It's scheduled to reopen on Feb 15 so barring any delays it'll be open for you by the 20th.

I've been super curious if they are adding/removing new characters during the referb!

I just remembered that it's now called Disney Junior Live on Stage (doh!). Yes, I read where they are adding Doc McStuffins and Sofia. I'm not sure what they are taking away, but I would imagine they would take away Little Einsteins and Handy Manny. We'll see! Today they updated their calendars and it looks like 02/20 is the first day they have a schedule posted. My daughter loves loves loves Doc McStuffins and Sofia so I'm really excited to see the changes!

That's correct. Jake and the Neverland Pirates and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse will remain with the additions of Doc McStuffins and Sofia the First.
