Oh geeze! I was just telling my sister last night about the new WDW website and how horrible it is. I actually said to her, "I hope they don't make a new DVC website until they get the main website fixed!" Can't wait to see what kind of problems this causes! :mad:

I must confess - I call member services for all my vacation needs.

I just like to talk to real live people - and if you get a "good" one, they'll comment on your plans and share some advice as well.

I have looked at it once and feel that it is much more user friendly than the previous website. Dare I say Disney's web developers got it right?

Are they backing up the due date for annual dues payments? The new web site indicates that annual dues next need to be paid by December 31st, 2013.

Mine still say: Annual Dues are due on January 15, 2013. Late fees and interest will be assessed after February 14, 2013.

I use the INTERCOT countdown - its always on my desktop.... comforting me during those LONG conference calls. Each second ticking by, getting me closer to our next trip.
