Is this a sit down and order restaurant or a buffett? About how much am I going to spend for a good meal?

It is a sit down restaurant. You can find their menu online so you'll have a rough idea depending what you order on how much it will cost you. I found the prices to be very consistent with other table service restaurants.

It's worth going though - dinner was fabulous!
