Okay, I'm still not quite sure what you're speaking of (and don't have my phone close to check my app), but are you talking about the meet and greet with the Princesses at Town Square? If that is indeed what you speak of, YES that does have FP.

Storybook Princesses would be the meet and greet at the Town Square Theater. As Melanie says, there are FP for this attraction.
