Luggage tags for magical express came yesterday and our excitement keeps growing for our surprise trip in Jan. We have decided to have a friend of ours who has a "Santa type" voice, record a message about a "gift" that the kids can have on Jan 17th on a recordable Christmas card with instructions to look on the tree for a clue where there will be small stockings with the luggage tags inside. Of course over the past month we have been making indirect(?) references to WDW such as looking at photos from past trips, visiting the Disney store, etc.. I have no doubt that the kids will be stunned and I can't wait.
